A powerful and engaging speaker, Ms. Naistadt frequently addresses industry and association conferences throughout the United States on a topic familiar to most executives: Speak Without Fear! - How to Reach Your Highest Potential through the Art of Communication.

As an author, speaker and coach she works with executives on effective speech-making, conducts presentations skills workshops, trains high-profile individuals for video and television appearances and frequently lectures on presentation skills.

Her diverse client list includes senior management from such leading corporations as The New York Times, IBM, Corning Inc., Hershey, and Pitney Bowes as well as celebrities, authors and political candidates.

An accomplished actress in both television and theater, Ms. Naistadt has not only applied her unique skills to the business arena but has become a leading consultant to business professionals around the country.

In addition to her acting career, Ms. Naistadt has gained invaluable experience as a corporate spokesperson for such companies as ATT, General Electric, Kodak, Westinghouse and Xerox, and as a producer of corporate business productions.

A graduate of Ithaca College with a B.F.A. in acting, Ms, Naistadt has served on the faculty of New York University's Continuing Education Program and is currently a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the National Speaker's Association and the American Management Association.
